Idaho Smiles

Idaho Smiles provides dental coverage for Idaho Medicaid Basic Plan participants. The Idaho Smiles Program covers approximately 140,000 Idahoans who access dental coverage using a Blue Cross of Idaho/Idaho Smiles insurance card.

Blue Cross of Idaho has partnered with Doral Dental USA, the nation’s leading provider of dental insurance for Medicaid programs, to administer Idaho Smiles.

Participants/members
Idaho Smiles members should call Idaho Smiles Customer Service at (800) 936-0978 or visit the  Idaho Smiles Web site to find out how to:

• Ask about claims
