As an integral part of our Blue Extras!^SM value-added discount program, Blue Cross of Idaho has teamed up with Davis Vision – one of the nation’s leading managed vision and eye care providers – to offer Blue Cross members discounts on routine eye examinations, eyeglasses, and contact lenses.

Because this is a discount program – Blue Cross members do not pay a fee to access these services. However, members are required to pay the discounted fee for the services they receive and any fees that are not covered under this program. • On the member login page, under "Control Code" type in 7220. You do not need a login or password.
• On the member menu page click on the "Find a Provider" link.
• On the find a provider page enter your zip code and the radius in miles you prefer. Click the search button to get a list of participating providers in your area.
