Good vision is essential to a healthy lifestyle.  To help reduce eye care costs, Blue Cross of Idaho has teamed up with one of the nation's leading managed vision and eye care providers, Davis Vision, to offer our members discounts on routine eye examinations, prescription eyeglasses, and contact lenses through our Blue Extras!^SM value-added discount program. 

Blue Extras! discounts and services are available to all Blue Cross of Idaho members.  However, members must pay the discounted fee for the services they receive and any fees not covered under this program. Click here to view the  Davis Vision Discount Fee Schedule and the discounts available.

Laser Vision Correction

The Blue Extras! program also provides members the opportunity to receive laser vision correction services through Davis Vision at discounts of up to 25 percent off a participating provider's normal rate, or five percent off any advertised special (some providers offer flat fees equivalent to these discounts).  Please verify the discounts available to you with a participating provider before electing treatment.
