Membership includes the following amenities:

All memberships are "pay as you go" -- no long-term contracts!  Dues may be paid monthly through electronic funds transfer or may be paid on an annual basis, and are subject to a one year lock-in rate. To take advantage of this special offer, you will need to provide your Blue Cross ID card at the time of enrollment. 

No other discounts can be used with this offer. Must be at least 18 years old, or 12 with parent. You must show proof of membership with Blue Cross of Idaho at the time of enrollment. Additional family members must be related as a spouse, domestic partner or child (12-17 years old) of the member and live at the same address as the member. Additional fees will be added for family memberships. Facilities and amenities may vary per location. Not all clubs open 24 hours every day. Valid photo I.D. required at check-in.
