The Blue Extras! program is available to all Blue Cross members* and is not dependent on the member's specific benefit plan. However, if a member's benefit plan includes coverage for a service included in the Blue Extras! value-added program, the service provider will apply the discount before submitting the claim for payment under the member's benefit plan.
*Blue Extras! is not available to members of the Federal Employee Program.
