What is my enrollee number? |

Your enrollee number is the Identification number that is unique to you. The number is 12 characters long with the first three characters as alpha. |

What is my Program or Group #? |
| |
If you are enrolled as an Individual member (not through an employer group), you will be assigned a Program number. If you are enrolled through your employer, the Group number identifies your employer. |

Is there a character limit for usernames or passwords? |
| |
Yes, a username requires a minimum of 6 characters but no maximum limit of characters. A password must contain at least one number, one alpha character, and must be at least six characters. |

Why did my registration fail? |
| |
There could be several reasons why your registration attempt failed. Here are some of the most common:
- You are a new member and your data has not yet been entered into our system
- The data (enrollee or group numbers) does not match the data in our system
- The enrollee number entered does not include the first three alpha characters
- The date of birth was not in this format: (MM/DD/YYYY)
- The username you selected is already in use
- You are already a registered member

What are the benefits of becoming a registered member? |

With access to the Members section of the web site, you will have 24-hour access to your plan information including your benefits and claims detail. You will also have access to a customized Provider Directory and many tools to help you manage your health care. There is information on discount programs available to you as a member and all the information about your prescription drug benefits. |

How do I update my email address? |
| |
In the left navigation area of the Members section, there is link called Change Login Info. Click that link and fill out the form to update your email address. |
