Short Term Disability Determination

Blue Cross of Idaho's Short Term Disability Determination program is objective, cost effective and confidential. The program gives you an easier way to handle short-term disability determination.

You submit a completed Request for Medical Review form and Blue Cross of Idaho's medical director will conduct a medical review to determine if an employee's injury or illness meets the criteria for obtaining short-term disability benefits.
