Blue Cross of Idaho is an independent licensee of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association. True Blue HMO, Secure Blue PPO and Flexi Blue PFFS are health plans with a Medicare contract. Anyone who is qualified for Medicare Part A and B and resides in the plan service area is eligible. Beneficiaries must continue to pay their Medicare Part B premium.
