Classic Blue Plan A
Classic Blue Plan A is designed to meet the basic needs of individuals living on a budget.
Plan A covers basic benefits including:
- Medicare Part A hospital copayments
- The 20% balance on Medicare Part B approved charges. (medical expenses and services of physicians, outpatient services of a hospital, outpatient facility, or community mental health center, and medical supplies other than prescribed drugs)
Plan A does not provide coverage for the Medicare Part A and Medicare Part B deductible, skilled nursing facility care or foreign travel emergencies.

Classic Blue Plan C
Classic Blue Plan C is designed to meet the primary medical needs of individuals who have had or who may have minor health conditions.
Plan C covers basic benefits including:
