Which Classic Blue plan is right for you?

Classic Blue Plan A

Classic Blue Plan A is designed to meet the basic needs of individuals living on a budget.

Plan A covers basic benefits including:

• Medicare Part A hospital copayments
• The 20% balance on Medicare Part B approved charges. (medical expenses and services of physicians, outpatient services of a hospital, outpatient facility, or community mental health center, and medical supplies other than prescribed drugs)

Plan A does not provide coverage for the Medicare Part A and Medicare Part B deductible, skilled nursing facility care or foreign travel emergencies.

Classic Blue Plan C

Classic Blue Plan C is designed to meet the primary medical needs of individuals who have had or who may have minor health conditions.

Plan C covers basic benefits including:

• Medicare Part A and Part B deductibles
• Medicare Part A hospital copayments
• The 20% balance on Medicare Part B approved charges, (medical expenses and services of physicians, outpatient services of a hospital, outpatient facility, or community mental health center, and medical supplies other than prescribed drugs)
• Skilled nursing facility care
• Foreign travel emergencies

Plan C does not provide coverage for charges in excess of what Medicare pays.

Classic Blue Plan F

Classic Blue Plan F is a comprehensive Medicare supplement which provides coverage for:

• Medicare Part A and Part B deductible
• Medicare Part A hospital copayments
• The 20% balance on Medicare Part B approved charges
• 100% of Medicare Part B charges that are in excess of Medicare approved charges (up to the limiting charge)
• Skilled nursing facility care
• Foreign travel emergencies
