Blue Cross of Idaho has been following healthcare reform and its new regulations for insurance companies. To help large and small employer groups understand the impact of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) on their businesses, we have prepared two Affordable Care Act Toolkits for you to download.

NOTE: We are working with the Idaho Department of Insurance to determine the exact impact of the President’s recent decision allowing states to determine if non-grandfathered individuals and small businesses can retain their existing insurance coverage. We will provide you with more information about how this decision impacts our plans and members as it becomes available.

Please note: This decision does not impact the individual mandate which requires everyone to have health insurance beginning January 1, 2014.
