TTY users should call, 1-800-325-0778; or your State Medicaid office.
  • People with limited incomes may qualify for Extra Help to pay for their prescription drug costs. If eligible, Medicare could pay for up to one hundred percent of drug costs including monthly prescription drug premiums, annual deductibles, and coinsurance. Additionally, those who qualify will not be subject to the coverage gap or a late enrollment penalty. Many people are eligible for these savings and don’t even know it. For more information about this Extra Help, contact your local Social Security office or call 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227), 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. TTY users should call 1-877-486-2048.

  • Members must use network pharmacies to access prescription drug services except in non-routine circumstances, quantity limits and restrictions may apply.
  • With True Blue HMO, you must receive all routine care from plan providers.
  • With Secure Blue PPO, you may visit out-of-network providers but may pay more, with the exception of emergencies or urgent care.
  • Benefits, formulary, pharmacy network, premium and/or copayments/insurance may change on January 1, 2012.
  • Flexi Blue PFFS plan will not be serving the following areas effective January 1, 2012.  You may choose to enroll in our plan, but your coverage will automatically end on December 31, 2011 in Adams, Bear Lake, Blaine, Butte, Camas, Clearwater, Custer, Franklin, Idaho, Jerome, Lemhi, Lewis, Lincoln, Teton, and Valley counties. You are also entitled to enroll in a new MA-PD plan, section 1876 cost or PDP beginning October 1 through December 31, 2011.   If you do not enroll in another MA-PD plan, section 1876 cost plan or PDP plan effective January 1, 2012 you will be disenrolled from the plan on this date. You will receive additional information in the fall about your rights and additional options.
